Biography

With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Gasparini is a founding partner of the firm, specializing in Dispute Resolution across the industrial, commercial, and service sectors.

He is the former President of the Ethics Tribunal (TED1) of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter (2016-2018), and serves as Director of both CESA (Law Firms Studies Center) and SEJUBRA (Brazil-Germany Legal Studies Society). Mr. Gasparini also chairs the Council of MDA (Advocacy Defense Movement), underscoring his leadership and commitment to advancing the legal profession.
