Biography

Mr. Mavignier has been a partner in the firm’s corporate area since 2012, focusing on national and international transactions. His practice spans M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts, with a strong emphasis on corporate governance.

Mr. Mavignier is a member of the Law Office Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Chapter (COMSA) and advises domestic and multinational clients across diverse industries, including technology, entertainment, education, transportation, and healthcare. He is also responsible for leading corporate and contract teams focused on forestry investments, overseeing the formation of corporate structures, shareholders agreements, and service provider contracts.
