Biography

As the partner leading the Corporate and M&A team, Mr. Souza provides strategic counsel to domestic and international clients across various business sectors. With deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law (including incorporation, liquidation, spin-offs, mergers, and joint ventures), contracts, and investment structuring, Mr. Souza also advises on inbound and outbound investments and corporate aspects of estate planning.
